Rates and Policies

• 6 person maximum occupancy.
• 2 night minimum.
• 3 night minimum over holidays and holiday weekends.
• Jan - Mar. $150 per night + 7.8% sales tax
• May - Sept. $250 per night + 7.8% sales tax
• April, Oct. - Dec. $175 per night + 7.8% sales tax
• Considerable discounts for more than 5 nights.
• Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
• Eventide is a non-smoking home.
• Unable to accommodate pets.
• Check in at 3:00 p.m.
• Check out at 11:00 a.m.
• Gift Certificates available.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• Rates are based on a double occupancy, use of 1 bed.
• 2nd bed $25 one time fee. (This is not a nightly fee.)
• 3rd bedroom $75 one time fee for set up, take down, linens and cleaning. (not nightly)
• $80 one time exit cleaning fee.
• A 50% non-refundable booking deposit secures your reservation.
• Full amount of booking balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival will refund all but the 50% deposit.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival may not receive refund of any
      rental payments unless the Eventide is re-rented.
